SGE mpich parallel execution environment (SGE 5.3p6)

This parallel execution environment is available to members of the deadlineusers and research usersets. The default startmpi.sh and stopmpi.sh sample scripts in /usr/local/sge/mpi are used, without modification. The only difference between the mpich and the gauss parallel execution environments is that the mpich environment is not restricted to the deadlineusers and research usersets.
